Redevelopment of Plaza St-Hubert

Liaison officers played a key role in effective communication between all stakeholders. They acted as intermediaries between stakeholders (contractors, site supervisors and project managers) and residents, merchants, and all other users of this sector. The presence of the liaison officers was a concrete manifestation of the City's desire to listen to its citizens.
