Development of the Esplanade Tranquille in the Quartier des Spectacles

Creating and maintaining ongoing communication with residents affected by the work, as well as partners and organizations concerned with mobility (e.g., the STM, the AMT, the Borough, the SIM, emergency services, and the Taxi Bureau) was essential. This contact led to better social acceptability of the construction site by residents, users, and visitors at the Quartier des Spectacles, including during the many summer festivities.
