Although this mandate did not concern the social acceptability of a project, it was nonetheless essential to listen to residents’ needs and offer them the opportunity to express themselves on such a sensitive matter. Our liaison officers demonstrated a high degree of diplomacy and adaptability in successfully delivering this project.
