Project Communication and Community Relations for the Town of Victoriaville

In this spirit, Victoriaville mandated Intervia to support its internal team in reviewing its communication strategies related to various public works projects such as road, aqueduct, park, and municipal building upgrades, and to equip them with custom communication plans. This mandate was part of the implementation of the Town’s Public Participation Policy, aimed at standardizing communication processes to foster dialogue and collaboration between citizens and various authorities.
