Project Communication and Community Relations for the Town of Victoriaville

As a driver of regional development in the Centre-du-Québec region, Victoriaville advocates values of social inclusiveness, personal and collective fulfillment, and sustainable development. Very committed to its community, the Town wants each action taken to develop and maintain its urban environment to be carried out with respect for people and their environment in order to guarantee the quality of life of its inhabitants.

This is why Victoriaville mandated Intervia to support its internal team in reviewing its communication strategies for various construction sites (road, aqueduct, street and park reconstruction, and municipal building upgrades) and provide them with customized communication plans. This mandate is part of the adoption of the Town's Citizen Participation Policy, which aims to standardize communication processes to promote exchanges and collaboration between citizens and the various authorities.
