The Sainte-Catherine West / Peel project is part of a major redevelopment effort undertaken by the City of Montréal, involving the complete reconstruction of underground infrastructure in this central sector. On this occasion, the City also wished to carry out high-quality urban design work to enhance and modernize these two emblematic commercial arteries.

The firm FNX-INNOV was mandated by the City to oversee construction supervision. As part of this mandate, Intervia was brought on as a subcontractor to provide its expertise in traffic maintenance and impact management, supporting FNX-INNOV in the execution of this complex project.
