Launched in 2020, the major rehabilitation of the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine (LHL) Tunnel linking Montréal to the South Shore is a project led by Québec's Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable to maintain and modernize this essential infrastructure for the transportation of people and goods. As a vital link for mobility throughout Quebec and the metropolitan area, the LHL Tunnel carries roughly 120,000 vehicles daily, including more than 15,000 trucks, making it one of the busiest sections of Autoroute 25.

The Renouveau La Fontaine consortium mandated Intervia to support the construction team with traffic maintenance and impact management, easuring traffic flow along this major axis while safeguarding users and project operations.
