A great deal of technical and human coordination

The reprogramming of traffic lights requires effective coordination so as not to impact traffic and user safety, but it also requires a great deal of coordination by all project stakeholders. A major challenge was to meet the expectations and needs of the Borough while respecting the regulatory requirements of the City of Montreal. It was therefore important to get all stakeholders to work together constructively and diplomatically to find satisfactory compromises that met the expectations of all the parties involved.
