Reprogramming traffic signals requires effective coordination to avoid disrupting traffic flow and to maintain road safety, but it also demands close collaboration among all project stakeholders.

A major challenge in this mandate lies in meeting the borough’s expectations while ensuring compliance with the City of Montréal’s regulatory requirements. Constructive collaboration and diplomacy were therefore essential to achieve solutions that balanced technical standards with the needs and priorities of all parties involved.
